🔴 Wiki Stix: Wiki Stix are a creative way to develop fine motor skills as children manipulate the flexible, waxy sticks to make letters, shapes, and structures. They are great for travel, as they stick quite well to flat surfaces!
🟡 Yoga Pretzel cards: In addition to incorporating a variety of yoga poses, we love that these cards also include visualizations, mindfulness activities, and breathing exercises.
