Ages: 8 and up of all abilities
Session: 10 weeks
Join BAC staff for a fun fitness class that uses partners and teamwork to build a lifestyle of healthy habits for all. BAC Boot camp will combine cardio, weight lifting techniques, body weight strengthening and interval training to meet individual fitness goals.
