Start with LEFT ARM straight out in front of you with LEFT LEG in front of you as well. At the same time, jump while switching to having RIGHT ARM forward, and RIGHT LEG forward. Perform 10x.
* progress to using alternating arm/leg as seen in video (i.e.: LEFT ARM forward with RIGHT LEG; switch to RIGHT ARM forward with LEFT LEG).
