Sit-ups

Lie on back with knees bent and feet flat on ground.  Cross hands across chest. Slowly sit up partially (or as far as you can), bringing shoulder off floor and then slowly return to starting position. Perform 2x10.

*Modification: If child is unable to sit up from floor, you may use a wedge or pillow under their back to assist them.
