Push-Ups

On hands and feet, slowly bend elbows to bring chest and body down towards floor, and then raise back up to starting position. Keep body straight and don’t allow back to “arch”. Perform 10x.

*Modification: If this is too difficult, you may perform modified push-ups on hands and knees (rather than on feet). Keep bottom tucked in and back straight.
