FITNESS FRIDAY: Bridges

Did you know that an infant under 12 months can perform a bridge during diaper change?

Start lying on back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Press up through feet to raise hips, and hold 10 seconds. There should be a straight line between shoulders, hips and knees. This exercise improves glut and trunk strength.
